A.The dress does not include any accessories such as gloves,wedding veil and the crinoline petticoat (if these accessories show on the pictures,if you want the accessories on the picture,please contact us to order them) .

If the dress you order is in custom made size or color , we will not accept the return ; all the dresses we made in 90% ~ 98% similarity with the original pictures.If you are willing real dresses 100% same as the original. PLEASE ORDER THE DRESS WITH CAUTION.THANK YOU!

Color Mismatch: The setting of your computer screen may alter the color of pictures shown on our website. Slight color mismatches between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress is defective or misshipped. However, if you are confident that you've received the item in a wrong color, please contact us to see if a return or refund if possible.

Sizing Issues: As all of our dresses are measured by custom tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric(about 3cm) in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.

Dress is not the size you ordered:

If the size differ from the specifications of your order by more than one inches,please feel free to choose from the following option:

— you are encouraged to find a local tailor to make sdjustments. In this case, we will reimburse you for up to $15-30 in tailoring costs. (As most of dresses are factory direct sale with free shipping) If you choose this option,please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.

— you may use our modification service free of charge, we pay shipping fees again, buyer pay return shipping cost. Usually, it will cost $30-45 for shipping fee. Details,please ask the post office.

— you may return the dress to us to receive a full refund, returning shipping cost by buyer's expense.

Details for return to refund if dress in quality issue:

1) Products with quality problem in 5 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and refunded.

2) When you making a return, please include a note with your name, address, and order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Please indicate if you prefer an exchange or refund.

3) Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
